"Not a Disability....Just Differently"
I have found that many parents of children with learning difficulties need a caring and patient person who is willing to help them de-mystify and understand their child’s learning abilities and learning style. It has been my mission to be a constant support system to both the child and the parent by always being available to listen and provide advice as needed. It has been my goal to communicate to the parents, their children, and their educational staff that they can count on me to be their support, advocate, and sounding board. I have the patience, wisdom, and many years of experience in the public and private school system to be able to provide realistic, fair, and wise advice regarding their child’s learning needs. I look forward to serving your family.

L.E.A.F Learning Center
Since 2011, LEAF Learning Center has been providing special education solutions for children. Using years of experience and researched learning methodologies, we create high quality, customized learning plans to improve reading, writing, math, study skills, behavioral, and cognitive skills.
LEAF offers learning assessments, referrals for advocacy services, and representation for IEP meetings or teacher/parents workshops. Our innovative teaching methods and programs are based on ABA techniques, positive behavior interventions, and current learning theories. We provide expert and compassionate service to children who may have dyslexia, AD{H}D, non-verbal learning disorders, Autism, and cognitive, language, & learning disorders.
Our Staff
LEAF Learning Center's focus is on helping families who want their children to become more functional, but do not themselves have the appropriate resources to provide functional tasks at their learning level; LEAF has an academic program and an Autism support program. All Staff and Learning Coaches are trained appropriately according to LEAF standards. All staff attend quarterly training sessions to stay afloat on changing trends and topics in education to ensure that our students remain on top. According to the program in which the staff member works, the training requirements will vary.
